Scope: Full-scope renovation + second story addition

Project Nealon is a full-gut renovation and second-story addition to a 100-year-old Toronto home. The design blends the client’s rich family history with contemporary elements, incorporating heirloom paintings and artifacts that honor the home’s legacy while embracing modern functionality.

The open-concept layout emphasizes organic flow, with materials like walnut, natural stone, and Venetian plaster grounding the space. Curved features—arched doorways, curved islands, and sculptural millwork—create a sense of continuity and softness while maintaining a modern, sculptural aesthetic.
